Principal Founder Carl Bromley

Bromley is a deep believer in technology, personal empowerment, and volunteerism. His personal and business experience proved to him that the synergy in combining all three is exponentially powerful. Nonprofit leaders and small business owners rarely have the ability to compete in advertising at a low cost, or get more impact with existing ad budgets. Local4All.com is designed to help them.

Originally a hobby, Bromley's "Kittanning.com" website with its online "Walking Tour" and Message Board proved popular as a way to connect with 'back home'. Emails arrived with stories of times past; even long-lost elementary-school friends were finding each other through the hometown Message Board.

The vision is that Local4All.com will create the "possibility" of that type of re-connection for every person and every town. With the automation of 'self-publishing' and maintaining content through local volunteers, it is Bromley's goal for publishing online to become as easy and as commonplace as hanging posters on a bulletin board.

Co-Founder Julia Duris

A multi-credentialed registered nurse and past department director at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Julie found a 'project' that needed nurturing. Using free time to attend meetings in Pittsburgh and elsewhere up to 250 miles away, Julie's endless support of the business project has helped a community-friendly business plan become reality.

At present, Julie is employed at the Lenape School of Practical Nursing as a nursing instructor and fills the administrator's position for the Skilled Nursing Unit at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning, PA.

In previous years, Julie put both her sons and herself through college and that determination is still very evident in her demeanor. The newborn company, Local Dot Com, Inc., carries the stamp of her caring about users of the site. Now her professional Quality Management skills and expertise have crossed over into the areas of business management and website proofreading.

Julie has a Master of Science in Nursing Administration degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA, a Nursing Home Administrator's License, and numerous certifications in the field of nursing.
